Shipping
We ship all order by registered mail with tracking number within 1-4 working days. If there is backorder, we will notify our customer.
Little Tots Store is not responsible in the event of non-delivery, postal/custom delays, breakage or loss. All proper packing and shipping procedures shall be taken with proof of posting to be provide upon request. Compensations, if applicable, will be according to Universal Postal Union Agreement.
Delivery Options
1) By mail (Singapore Post) We send all order via registered post with tracking number. For bulky or heavy packages requiring more postage charge, we will advise you accordingly.

2) By Local courier Services This service is available to any local Singapore delivery address except to a post office box. You can normally expect to get your order hand delivered to you in 3 working days (excluding the actual day the order is placed and weekends/public holidays).

Please take note: * Courier will call to arrange for a suitable timing and to confirm location prior to delivery. * All deliveries are arrangeable during weekday hours up to 6pm only. * No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and at Night. * Couriers will not wait around for customers to have private fitting sessions.
Custom Tax All customers are responsible for custom's duties and taxes if any from their respective countries upon receipt of their products. We will not be held responsible over this matter.
Returns We do not have a refund policy as all goods are shipped new. Exchange only if products is not working properly or if there's any faulty in the garments. However, we will consider case by case basis on the reason for refunds & returns.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange. Exchange will only be done upon Little Tots Store receiving the product and after inspection.
When returning items, we strongly recommend customer to use a courier service so that it can be trace online. Goods must be return in its original condition without any physical changes by registerd mail or specified by Little Tots Store. |
