| Traditionally used to strengthen the abdomen muscles especially for women after childbirth. Also used for relief of joints and muscular pain.
Dosage:
1. To be used 2 times a day. Morning after bath and evening.
2. Squeeze out 1-2 inch of Herbanika Barut Slimming Cream, apply it onto the abdomen (upper and lower), waist and torso area.
3. Cover the area by using strap-on binder or traditional binder or bengkung.
Note: In the evening, remove binder, clean the affected areas, re-apply the cream onto the required areas. Use a new or clean binder. Keep it on over night.
